Pilates is a gentle, controlled movement method which focuses on posture, core strength and mobility. It teaches movement patterns which minimise stresses and tensions on the body reducing your risk of associated injury.

We incorporate a combination of standing and floor-based exercises to develop functional core strength and joint stability and to ensure any new patterns of movement transition in daily activities. 


For those unable to comfortably get on and off the floor, a seated pilates class option is available. This is also beneficial when used within an office environment. 


Remedial exercise is aimed at those whose movement has become restricted by injury, illness or as a result of current or recent pregnancy.

Group classes are limited to a maximum of 12 and focus on correct movement patterns to promote balance, coordination, strength and mobility.
