Practising Yoga


Below you will find the schedule of classes available.  When you hover over/click on each, you will find a class description; you can also watch the class live here once you have booked on to it. 




1. Choose the class you would like to join either from the schedule or via the left hand menu. Click 'book' against the class of your choice.

(If you are not already logged in to your account, this will take you to the Login page or you can create an account from here; complete all details to continue. If this applies you will be taken back to the schedule page - point 1 - to choose your class) 

2. Through the 'book' button or through 'purchase' in the menu, you can buy a single class pack which allows you to join that class only or choose a 10 class pack which gives you 10 credits for live classes to use within an 16 week period. 

3. Once you have purchased your class credits, each time you book a class, a credit will be removed from your account. 

4. You can cancel a class from the schedule page up to 24 hours prior to the class start time without charge.

5. You can view the class from the schedule page once booked and will also receive a booking confirmation email containing the Zoom link to the class. 


1. Select 'On-Demand' from the right hand menu.

2. Scroll through the classes and select one to preview. 

3. Once you have made your choice, you can choose to purchase a single class pass or sign up for a monthly subscription which will allow you unlimited viewing of all classes available for the duration of your subscription.
