Processing of client data

As part of your initial consultation or initial Pilates class, a registration form/health questionnaire is completed, which includes personal information. This information is then stored on a secure and encripted online database accessible only by InBalance. Contact information is used to inform you of a change to your appointment or class and to provide information relating to offers or other news/updates. We use email to send you any exercise programmes, advice, receipts or to communicate in relation to your treatment. 

 

You may also be contacted if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to confirm that our records are correct for general communication in relation to our services. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

 

You can unsubscribe from any news, updates or information by contacting Natalie Carter info@inbalancesolutions.co.uk or 07828 805328. We will however, need to provide you with information regarding appointment/class changes by email. If you would prefer to be contacted by telephone, please contact us stating this.

 

Your information is not shared with any other organisation unless by express permission if you have requested a referral on to another organisation. Your consent will be recorded in writing in this instance.

In order that the service offered to you is specific to your individual needs and that any contraindications to treatment or exercise are highlighted, InBalance Sports Therapy & Pilates collects health related information from you. This information is strictly confidential and is not shared with any other third party.

In accordance with Section B8 of the CNHC Code, InBalance Sports Therapy & Pilates will store these records securely and in good condition for 8 years from your last visit or until your 25th Birthday if you are a child.

This Privacy Notice will be reviewed annually.
