I know how difficult it is to prioritise yourself at this stage in your life, everything and everyone else seems to come first and your health and wellbeing gets put on the back-burner. It seems that everyone else has life sorted but in truth, there are thousands of women, just like you, desperate to reclaim their health, to rebuild their body and to rebalance their life.

That's exactly where I step in! I'm here to help you to focus on your health and your wellness, to help provide some accountability and to encourage you to find a way to prioritise yourself in amongst the whirlwind of life.

I've created Rebalance as a friendly and welcoming space for you to begin to reintroduce exercise, to address any painful or restricted movement patterns and to build the strength your body deserves as it ages.

What is it?:

Rebalance is a 12-Week Online movement education course for Women Over 40, the aim of the course is to empower women after the age of 40 to improve mobility, reduce pain, enhance functional strength, and understand their bodies through biomechanics and mindful movement.

Women aged 40+ seeking to improve joint health, mobility, posture, and functional strength with a focus on age-related biomechanical changes.​

Instructor:
Led by a qualified Pilates teacher, Sport Therapist and biomechanics specialist with expertise in women’s health and movement education.
You will have access to unlimited 20min to 1 hour workouts which you can access anytime and can even take on holiday with you! These are Pilates-based and include stretch and mobility, strength and conditioning, balance and bone health.
Unlimited Pilates workouts
You will have access to quick, easy and healthy recipes, as well as healthy swap ideas and general nutritional support and guidance. You will be encouraged to share your own healthy eating ideas to share within the members recipe catalogue.
Recipes
You will be invited to join me for a monthly 'Live' group Pilates workout on Zoom which will include the opportunity to ask questions and check technique as well as to meet other ladies within the Rebalance community if you would like to.
Live online sessions
We regularly run fitness challenges to help to keep you motivated and focused and to provide an opportunity for you to push yourself out of your comfort zone. We encourage you to do so with friends and family to build your accountability tribe!
