Welcome to the 21-day movement challenge

If you can find just 10-15 minutes a day, I guarantee you won't regret it. You'll feel more mobile, have less aches and pains and feel more confident in your body!

 

The InBalance 21-day challenge includes a short Pilates-based mobility, strength or conditioning class each day for 3 weeks. Once you've signed up, you will be directed to the InBalance App where you can access the videos via a mobile device or desktop.

 

Take time just for you, you deserve it. 

A 'your time, your pace' approach

I know how busy life can be and how many balls we're all juggling. The 21 day challenge includes time-efficient workouts that you can do whenever and wherever you can. 

A programme suitable for every body

The InBalance Pilates challenge includes modifications for most exercises to enable you to show up just as you are and to improve as you build confidence, movement awareness, mobility and strength. 

Building healthy habits and kickstarting your Pilates journey

You'll feel so good just by setting aside 10-15 minutes per day for conscious, structured movement. You'll have access to all videos throughout the challenge and can repeat them or double up and set yourself a longer workout if you'd like to. You'll also be able to have a little insight into the InBalance app during the challenge to see what it has to offer!

I hope you enjoy the challenge but remember, there's no pressure - you will continue to have access to the videos once the challenge is complete and so if you don't manage every day, that's ok!
