Pilates classes

I teach movement with an empathetic approach ensuring you feel supported, respected, and free from guilt, no matter where you’re starting. With a background in musculoskeletal injury and human biomechanics, I deliver classes that are safe, effective and account for any aches, pains or injuries you may have.

 

I encourage controlled and mindful movements which maximise strength, enhance focus and allow your body to move without pain and within your own current limitations. Over time, we begin to challenge those limits but always with gentle encouragement, without pain and without guilt.
