​As a Sports Therapist with 20+ years' experience and having experienced a running injury myself which stopped me from running for 18 months, I know how frustrating pain and injuries can be. I also understand how much of an impact it has on you when you can't run and how it can even start to impact your sense of identity. This is exactly why most runners return to running far too soon after injury or run through pain for far too long.

Plan 1: Running Rehab - 6 week 1:1 programme
For injured runners or runners struggling to return following a more significant injury

If you're currently injured or in persistent pain, or if you're reluctant to run again due to fear of re-injury, this is the perfect plan for you.

We'll begin with an initial consultation (via video call) during which we'll discuss exactly what's been going on for you and the impact it's had. We'll look at your activity and injury history and carry out some movement assessments to gain a deeper insight into your current ability. We'll look at what you've tried already and put a plan in place to move you from pain (or fear of pain), to running again with confidence, clarity and long-term resilience.​

If you're running but just not at your best, you know you've got more to give but keep picking up little niggles or minor injuries that set you back for a short period or just keep stuck, not being able to reach the potential you know you have.
We'll begin your 12 week Resilient Runner programme with a thorough 1:1 consultation via video call where we'll discuss recurring pain, injury history and your specific goals. You'll then access the exact programme available within the Confident Runner Plan but with extra support, guidance, accountability, and a personalised plan including:

Plan 3: Confident Runner - 12 week programme (Self-Guided)
For runners who are (mostly) pain-free but want to feel stronger and reduce their risk of future running injuries as they age.

Runners over 40 are at a higher risk of injury due to declining muscle mass and bone density, as well as hormonal and lifestyle influences. As such, incorporating a regular strengthening routine into your weekly training becomes non-negotiable, particularly if you plan to continue to run for the long term.

You'll have access to a 12-week pre-recorded programme which will equip you to become a stronger, more confident runner without overthinking or guesswork. It includes:
